We helped our client, a single mother, bring a medical malpractice action against a major hospital, her obstetrician, and her gynecologist because of their failure to properly care for her and her baby while she was pregnant. Our medical experts found that the irreversible brain damage to her son was caused by the medical staff's failure to deliver him earlier than his due date.
